His distinguished career includes 25 years of operational leadership and senior advisory experience with Yayasan Sabah, where he guided major institutional frameworks. In tandem with these tenures, he held key financial leadership roles within prominent regional and national organizational divisions, anchoring his expertise in fiscal governance and risk management. At HBD Development, Datuk Mohd Hanif leverages this deep institutional insight to define the company’s strategic objectives, strengthen corporate oversight, and steer long-term, sustainable business growth.

Muhammad is the Managing Director of HBD Development Sdn Bhd, bringing over 12 years of extensive experience in real estate management. He previously served as the Corporate Head at a prominent real estate firm. In his current role, Fiqkrie leads his team in identifying new opportunities within the construction and property sectors. His vast business network and deep, practical expertise make him a highly insightful professional across both industries.

She brings over 15 years of experience in the property industry. Throughout her career,she hasgarnered a wealth of expertise encompassing project launches, sales strategy formulation, and budgeting, alongside a deep understanding of market demand and customer purchasing behaviour.
